Virginia M Romero, 83, was born on May 30, 1939, and joined her husband, of 63 years, Joe Floyd in Heaven on September 26, 2022. Virginia, known by most as Ginny, was born in Denver, Colorado to her parents Cecilia and James. Ginny and Joe settled in Littleton, Colorado where they raised their son and their grandchildren. Ginny worked hard her whole life, she was a Commercial Bank Teller until retirement and a full time care taker for her beloved husband for the last several years of his life. She also enjoyed bowling, playing cards and going out to eat. Ginny was an avid sports fan and would watch any game that was on the television, often calling the players funny names if they made a mistake. She enjoyed having the company of her family and neighbors over to visit and especially cherished these visits after her husband passed. Ginny was always well put together and dressed nicely, never leaving home without her lipstick on and her earrings to match her outfit. She loved butterfly’s and decorated her home and her yard with them. Ginny was the foundation of her family; she was loved by many and will be deeply missed. Ginny is preceded in death by her Father James, her Mother Cecilia and her Husband Joe. Ginny is survived by her Son Ray and his Wife Becky, her Granddaughter Christa and her Husband Judd, her Grandson Nicholas and his Wife Gabby, her Great-grandchildren Cadence – with whom she shared a very special bond, Jaxen and Danny who will lovingly carry on her legacy as well as her bonus Grandchildren Denise, Richard, Styles, Xavier and her sister Sharon and her Nephew Eric.
