Berry Santiago, 81, of Lakewood, passed away Monday at the Community Medical Center, Toms River, NJ. Born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, she was a resident of Lakewood for over 40 years. Mrs. Santiago was a retired factory worker. Wife of the late Francisco Gonzalez, she is survived by her children, Gladys Maldonado, Ramon Maldonado, Yolanda Melendez, and Hinginio Santiago; a brother Jesus Santiago; and 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the D’Elia Funeral Home, Rte. 70 & Vermont Ave., Lakewood, NJ 08701.
