Born in Kingston, NY, she lived in Asbury Park, Wanamassa, Brielle, and Manasquan, before moving to Toms River 22 years ago.
Carole was an Artist during her young life. She was co-owner of the boutique “Her Place” in Wall Township. She also worked as a Director of Patient Accounts at Community Medical Center in Toms River for 20 years. Carole enjoyed the beach, shopping, taking trips to Atlantic City and spending time with her family.
Carole was predeceased by her husbands Robert W. Slowey and Harry Meseroll, her infant son Robert W. Slowey Jr. and her three brothers. She is survived by her 3 daughters Dianna L. Jankos and her husband Louis, of Millstone Township, Cynthia J. Rossini and her husband Frank, of Paramus, Nancy Ann Olson of Arizona. She is also survived by a Life Partner Ron Brody, 8 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 23rd from 3pm to 7pm, with services at 6pm, at D’Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Avenue, Lakewood, NJ. 08701.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Carole’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
