Born to Charles and Mary Rusciano in Elizabeth, NJ she spent her later years in Point Pleasant. She worked as a secretary for the US Government for 36 years where she worked both home and abroad in Belgium, Germany, and Italy. While overseas she loved to travel going to places like Russia, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. Constance remained single throughout her life but was devoted to her many pets. She was an avid doll collector and enjoyed making and painting ceramics, watching old movies, and was an excellent baker.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews.
