Felix was born on May 8, 1942 in Santa Domingo in the Dominican Republic. He came to the United States and had a career as a Truck Driver. Felix is survived by his wife, Ampora Williams; three children, Francis, Vanessa and Ricardo Williams; his grandchildren, Leah, Elijah, Athena and Lucas; and his extended family and dear friends. Due to the COVID19 pandemic, all arrangements were private. He was laid to rest in the Crest Haven Memorial Park in Clifton, NJ.
