Born and raised in Bloomfield, NJ he was a resident of Lakewood for the last 23 years. Frank was a US Army Veteran and served during World War II and the Korean War. He proudly attended the annual Korean War Veterans gathering in Tenessee.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Jessie; a daughter, Jean S. Dwyer of Oak Ridge, NJ; 2 grandchildren, Jean A. Cianci and her husband Gerard and Edward S. Dwyer; 10 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and a special adopted daughter Marimae Mrugal.
Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. & 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the D’Elia Funeral Home, Route 70 & Vermont Ave., Lakewood, NJ 08701.
His funeral will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
