Francisca Santiago

Francisca Santiago, 82, of Lakewood, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on March 10, 2026. She was born on October 12, 1943, in Salinas, Puerto Rico, to her loving parents, Evaristo Santiago and Pilar Romero.

Francisca was a devoted wife to her late husband, Herminio Santiago, with whom she shared a lifetime of love and companionship. She later made her home in Lakewood, New Jersey, where she was known for her warm and welcoming spirit.

She was a loving and dedicated mother to Maggie, Kevin, Herminio Jr., Melinda and Anthony, who will forever cherish her love, guidance, and strength.

She was also a proud grandmother to twelve grandchildren and a great-grandmother to eight great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy and pride.

She had a deep love for cooking and found immense joy in preparing meals for her family and loved ones. Her kitchen was a place of comfort, laughter, and togetherness, where many cherished memories were made.

Francisca will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and the love she gave so freely. She touched the lives of all who knew her and will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be held at D'Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701, US, on March 21, 2026, from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm, followed by a Funeral Service at D'Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701, US, on March 21, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
