George Severino

George Severino, age 97, of Lakewood, New Jersey passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2020. George life long resident of Brooklyn, NY before settling in Lakewood, NJ for the past 20 years. George honorably served in the US ARMY Aircorp during World War II. He was an avid chef and wine connoisseur. He was devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather and will be greatly missed by all.

Mr. Severino is predeceased by his two sisters and one brother.

George is survived by his wife of 70 years, Eileen, children, Barbara Ann Bertha and her husband Daniel, Thomas Severino and his wife Rosemary, George Severino, Deborah Bamonte and Dominick Severino and his wife Connie, ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren and his beloved dog Casey.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 18, 2020 from 11AM-12PM the D'Elia Funeral Home 1300 Vermont Ave. Lakewood, NJ 08701 with a funeral service to immediately follow at the funeral home. Interment will take place at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veteran's Cemetery in Wrightstown, NJ.
