Helen Victoria Milden

Born and raised in Bayonne, it was there that she met the love of her life – the boy next door. After marrying Michael Milden in1958, they resided in Bayonne before settling in Forked River together 21 years ago. Helen was a devoted wife and mother and loved her family very much.

In 2009, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael; She was also predeceased by her brothers, Walter Lindquist and Emil Lindquist.

Surviving is her daughter, Geraldine Lambertson; a son, Michael F. Milden and his partner Anne; 4 grandchildren: James Lambertson and his wife Stephanie, Jessica Lambertson, and Michael & Matthew Milden; 2 great-granddaughters: Makayla & Gabriella; 3 sisters: Pauline Jaworski, Eleanor Bonner, and Clara Cerkanowicz; a brother, Chester Lindquist and his wife Rose; a sister-in-law, Frances Werner; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:30AM at D’Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Ave., Lakewood. Interment will follow at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, Lakewood.
