Jerome was born on December 12, 1936 in Shenandoah, PA, and he was the son of the late Agnes (Menilusky) and George Ulicny. Jerome was a resident of Rockland, NY before moving to Lakewood in 2005. He was a retired serviceman of the United States Army. He was an avid sportsman who also was a bow hunting instructor.
Jerome is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Ilona; two brothers, George and Leo Ulicny; and several nieces and nephews.
His funeral services will be Monday November 28th at 1:30 PM in the chapel of the BG William C. Doyle New Jersey Veterans Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Road, Wrightstown, NJ 08562. Arrangements are by the D'Elia Funeral Home of Lakewood, NJ.
