Margaret "June" Meehan

Born in Cornwall, New York, July 18, 1938, she was a longtime resident of Edgewater, New Jersey, before moving to Lake Worth, Florida, for 22 years. A registered nurse for over 50 years, she received her RN degree from Holy Name Hospital School of Nursing, and her BSN from Jersey City State College.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband Francis P. “Mac” Meehan, and her two brothers Alfred and Thomas Wright. She is survived by her sister Shirl Wright, her children Francis Meehan and his wife Betsy, Theresa Meehan, Michael Meehan and his wife Sheila, Patrick Meehan, Kathleen DalCortivo and her husband Bobby, Margaret Meehan, 11 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren. June will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Due to the current health crisis, a celebration of June’s life will be held at a later date. Interment will be privately held at Lake Worth Memory Gardens in Lake Worth, Florida.
