Marie C. Buxbaum, 83, passed away February 28, 2013 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Mrs. Buxbaum was born, raised and spent most of her life in New York before settling in Toms River for the past 16 years. She worked for Yellowbook for many years as a credit supervisor. Marie was very active in the Lake Ridge community. She lived for her family and was their number one fan. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by all. Mrs. Buxbaum is predeceased by her husband Arthur in 1986. Marie is survived by her five children, Ken and his wife Pam, Ron, Janice, Kevin and Debby and seven grandchildren, Alyssa, Stephen, Danny, Scott, Cali,Kaitlin, and Christina. Friends may call Saturday, March 2, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the D’Elia Funeral Home Rt. 70 & Vermont Ave. Lakewood, NJ 08701. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 4, 2013 at 9:15AM at the St. Luke’s Church in Toms River. Interment will take place at Holy Rood Cemetery in Westbury, NY.
