Michael E. Stohrer

Mike is survived by his loving wife Mary Hughes Stohrer and beloved stepmother Fay Stohrer.

He was predeceased by his dear parents, Albert and Claire Stohrer and his brothers Stephen, Timothy, Christopher and David.

Michael is also survived by his loving daughters, Casey Powelson (Brent) and Emma Stohrer, and stepchildren, Lauren Yelson (Dan), Ryan Bushbeck (Ellyn) and Kevin Bushbeck and former spouse Carol Stohrer.

Spending time with his family and friends was always the highlight for Mike. He was a devoted father and a loving husband. His sly smile would always light up when he was together with his family and friends.

Mike had many passions in life including riding motorcycles and horses, avidly following all Philadelphia sports teams and especially attending rock concerts and listening to music. He loved riding his motorcycle with Mary on the back as they headed to their favorite rock concert and cheering on the Eagles as they wore their jerseys on Sundays. Mike appreciated the artistry of tattoos and his were all especially meaningful to him and others.

He devoted much of his time helping others through his ministry and his therapeutic horse program.
