

Patricia was born in Jersey City in 1939. She graduated from Westfield High School in 1957 and married Theodore Charles Hospes, Jr. in 1958 until his passing in 2009. They moved to Brick in 1964, then retired to Crestwood Village 2, Whiting in 2007.
She joined AT&T-Bells Labs in the early 80's which she thoroughly enjoyed. Patricia retired from Lucent-Bell Labs in 2002. While employed at Bell Labs, she was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America, a non-profit charitable organization. She was known for a great sense of humor and alway ready to help.
She enjoyed domestic and international travel, oil painting, crocheting, music and watching anything with Tom Selleck in it. She collected stuffed animals, Waterford crystal and beer steins.
She is survived by her 3 children; Kathy Huff, Mark Hospes and his wife, Jane Hospes, Robyn Piwowarski and her husband, Joe Piwowarski, 2 grandchildren, Theodore John Hospes and Iain Frances Hospes, and 1 great-grandchild, Wyatt James Hospes.
Relatives and friends will be received from 12:00 p.m to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 21, 2022 at the D'Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Avenue, Lakewood, N.J. with a service to celebrate her life beginning at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, you may donate to the Alzheimers Association or the American Heart Association in her name.
