Thomas Joseph Jacobs passed away prematurely on January 22, 2013 in the Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, NJ. He is survived by his parents, Joyce (Rose) and Geoffrey Jacobs of Lyndhurst, NJ; his paternal grandparents, Joel and Dorothy Jacobs; his maternal grandfather, Joseph Rose and his wife Delta “Miss Regina”; his maternal grandmother, Zysonia Rose and her companion David Carter; his paternal aunt, Jennifer Rieber and her husband Brian; his maternal uncle, Jon Rose and his wife Christy; and several great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins. There will be a memorial gathering for Thomas Joseph from 2 to 4 p.m. on Friday, February 1, 2013 at the D’Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Ave., Lakewood, NJ 08701. Cremation was completed privately.
