Born in Yonkers, NY, he was a longtime resident of the Hudson Valley and spent most of his life there before settling in Lakewood. Vincent was a lover of music, history and silent movies. He also enjoyed nature and the ocean.
Vincent was predeceased by his brother Joseph in 2010.
Surviving are his children: Jillian Rosoff and her husband Jason of Palo Alto, CA, Daniel Mattessino, and William Mattessino, both of Westerly, RI; and 2 sisters: Angelina Mattessino and Virginia Welsh.
A memorial visitation will be held on Friday at D’Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Ave., Lakewood, from 1-3PM. A memorial service will immediately follow at 3PM.
