Carolyn Lorraine Wisby

On March 26, 1948, the Lord blessed Clarence Stewart and Rosa Lee Boggs with a beautiful baby girl, Carolyn Lorraine Stewart. Carolyn resided in Galveston with her parents where she attended Holy Rosary Catholic School. Upon graduation, Carolyn married her first husband, Darryl Earl Wells the went on in the future to join in union with her second husband, Ernest Wisby, Jr. Throughout her marriages she was blessed with three loving daughters. During her children's younger years, Carolyn was a housewife, but later entered into the workforce teaching Pre-K at La Petite Academy for many, many years. Carolyn is preceded in death by her father, Clarence Stewart, mother, Rosa Lee Stewart Archie; brother, Kramouth Joseph Stewart and nephew, Nicholas Joseph Stewart. She is survived by her three daughters Vernessa L. Anderson, Nadis A. Wisby and Nikki N. Wisby; sons-in-law, Robert Anderson and Charles Hawkins, Jr.; grandsons, Dominique D. Joiner, Charles R. Hawkins III, Chaden Hawkins, Tristen R. Anderson, Trevor R. Anderson, Quai Anderson (step-grandson); granddaughter, Chalisa N. Hawkins, nephew, Joseph Stewart Jr. and a host of loving family and friends. Special Message To Mama "Mama, you will be deeply missed, thank you for fighting to stay with us as long as you did. We know you are now with God and have no more pain. So, spread your wings and fly." We Love You!!
