Barb was the loving wife of Gerald McMillen for 66 years, who preceded her in death in 2022. She is survived by her faithful daughters, Brenda (Bill) McWhorter and Rhonda Hill McMillen; grandchildren, Heather (Amit) Aller, Lauren (Paul) Crumrine, Brittany (David) Walsh, Gerret (Kassie) McWhorter; and great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Charles Nevil and beloved family members and friends.
Barb was born in Middletown, OH on February 21, 1931 to Ruth and Clyde Nevil. She graduated from Pataskala High School. She was a long-time office manager at Dr. Robert Orum’s office in Groveport, OH. Her greatest joy was being a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She supported her daughters and husband in their love of horses and 4-H. She and her family were long-time members of Fairfield Christian Church in Lancaster, OH. She loved the Lord with all her heart.
Visiting hours will be held Saturday, June 7, 2025 from 10 AM – noon. The service will be held the same day at noon at Halteman Fett & Dyer Funeral Home in Lancaster.
Private interment will take place at Pataskala Cemetery.
