Dan enjoyed all sports. You could find him at home with a couple of TVs and a radio all on different games. Even though he looked like he was sleeping, he knew what was happening in each game. Dan was an avid bowler, bowling in many local leagues and over the years attending weekend bowling tournaments. He and his friends had a funny story from each weekend. He loved golf and was in many leagues and loved local golf scrambles. Again, always having a story about a scramble. Dan also loved playing cards and could be found throughout the summers at his camp at Pine Lake, playing cards with his wife and many friends. He will always be remembered for his quick wit and funny comebacks. He loved to laugh and was always joking and having fun. He was as ornery as they come.
