Donna Mae Bennett

Donna Mae (Yost) Bennett passed from this life May 27, 2015. She was born September 30, 1925 to Lloyd and Eleanor Yost in Elyria, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd Yost and Eleanor (Yost) Schworer, her loving husband, Bobbie Clark Bennett and 4 siblings. Leonard Yost, Maxine Horvath, Jean Banks and Marjorie Pennington.

Survivors include her three daughters and sons-in-law, Marcia and Glyn Davis of Lewis Center, Karen and Bob Arnold of Kingston, and Sharen and Dave Bridges of Lancaster; six grandchildren, Scott Arnold and his wife Ronda of Chillicothe, Amy (Arnold) Smith and her husband Brad of Laurelville, Brent Dingey of Canton, Ryan Dingey of Massillon, Mark Bridges and his wife Debbie of Canal Winchester, Ken Bridges and his wife Kris of Carroll; Jason and Jessica Davis of Canton; nine great grandchildren, Cole and Caleb Arnold, Adam, Lauren and Megan Dingey, Parker and Marlo Smith and Noah and Aaron Bridges; many nieces and nephews.

Donna lived in Canton, Ohio until moving to Lancaster in 2010.

During her life she was employed at various jobs. She previously was employed by Sears in Chillicothe, Ohio, Kinney Shoes, Chillicothe, Ohio and Notnac in Brewster, Ohio.

Calling hours will be 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home, 436 North Broad Street, Lancaster with the funeral service at 3:00 pm. Private burial in Bethel Cemetery, Mt. Sterling Ohio at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pickering House - FairHoPe Hospice, 282 Sells Road, Lancaster, Ohio.
