James Raymond Kurtz, 84, of Lancaster, Ohio passed away on Monday, January 8, 2024 at Fairfield Medical Center. James was born July 21, 1939 the son of the late Raymond Kurtz and Gladys Poland Kurtz.
James is survived by his sons, James A. Kurtz and Jon M. Kurtz, daughter, Jodi Motszko; grandchildren, Anabelle Kurtz, Danielle Kurtz, Joshua Kurtz, James A Kurtz II, Matthew R. Kurtz, Alsxander Kurtz, Johnathan Kurtz and Brittney Kurtz.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 am Saturday January 13, 2024 at Smith Chapel Cemetery, Logan, Ohio. Calling hours will be held 6 to 8 pm Friday January 12, 2024 at Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home.
