Mrs. Lola Marie Mattox

Born in Lancaster, Ohio May 24, 1931. She was widow of Franklin V. Mattox; also preceded in death their Son Craig S. Mattox; her Mother, Gladys (Fast) Sterling; Stepfather, Harry Sterling; Father, Howard B. Webb, her beloved Sister, Dorothy (Webb) Heine; Half-Brother, William Shull.

Lola graduated from Rushcreek Memorial High School in 1949. She belonged to the Olivedale Senior Citizens Club. Lola had a full life. She rarely missed a dance at Valley Dale Ballroom, enjoyed water skiing on Buckeye Lake, playing canasta and watching football, especially the Ohio State Buckeyes.

She is survived by her special nephews, David (Carolyn) Mogan, South Lyon, MI; James (Mary Ann) Mogan, Lakewood, CA; Gary (Kathleen) Mogan, Pembrook Pines, FL; William (Susan) Mogan, Mobile, AL; Half-sister Sue (Ron) Moody, Lancaster, OH; special friends, Jean (Howard) Bradford, Lancaster, OH and Tim and Tammy Arnold, Lancaster, OH.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 11AM at HALTEMAN-FETT & DYER FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Paul Wymer officiating. Burial is to follow at Carroll Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 5PM-7PM.
