Shari Ann Zeigler

Shari Ann Zeigler, 79 of Pleasantville passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2024 at Licking Memorial Hospital. Shari was born in Columbus, Ohio on November 20, 1944 to the late Royal and Hattie McCune. She was a member of the Pleasantville Methodist Church and retired as a school teacher with Fairfield Union Schools. She loved her family dearly and her furry companion, Homer.

Shari is survived by her sons, Eric (Angie) Zeigler, Erin (Joni Vance) Zeigler, and Shannon (Michelle) Zeigler; grandchildren, Benjamin, Rachel, Kelsey, Teghan, Conrad, Shylar, Toni, Amy, Brittany, Taylor, Mallory, Aidan, and Alec; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Brennan, Allison, Asher, Bennett, Graham, Eli, Lucas, and Cartur; sister-in-laws, Glenna (Jim) Gibson and Cathy (Bob) Blackstone; along with many cousins, nieces and nephews.

She enjoyed going to lunch with her friends and many afternoons enjoying her back porch with a book or just relaxing.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Rowland “Zig” Zeigler.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 11AM at the Pleasantville Methodist Church (112 Lincoln Ave, Pleasantville, OH 43148) with Phil George officiating. Burial is to follow at Hampson Cemetery. Visitation will take place on Thursday from 9:30AM until the time of the services at the church.
