Jennifer Joanne Stewart (Schlechleitner) December 30th, 1962 to March 28th, 2017. After a battle with cancer our dear Jenny passed away at home surrounded by her loving family. We held her hand, we told her we loved her. Jenny was a wife, mom, sister, daughter, aunt, great aunt and a friend to many, (Canada Safeway HR Dept. 840 Cambie) her greatest blessing and biggest achievement in life was her beautiful son Matthew.
Survived by her husband Guy, son Matthew, Mother Theresa, Siblings: Gord (Laura), Linda (Phil) and Jeff. Pre-deceased by father Werner, brothers Werner and Gunther. A very special thank you to the nurses and doctors from Langley Hospice home support. If not for you all, we could not have not been able to achieve Jenny’s wish to be at home in the end. It was Jenny’s wish that in lieu of flowers, please donate to Langley Hospice. A celebration of Jenny’s life will be planned in the coming months.
