Judy Jones

On February 2, 2017, after a battle with leukemia, our courageous wife, mother and grandmother passed away peacefully, bravely, and on her own terms with her husband and two sons by her side. Judy is survived by her loving husband Garnet, her sons Darren (Dayna) and Jason (Naomi), her cherished grandchildren Jessica, Hailey and Jack, and her brother Gordon (Gloria). She will be dearly missed by her extended family of nieces, nephews and in-laws. Judy was proud of her small-town roots and valued friendship and loyalty beyond many other worldly things in life. Her most enjoyable times were in informal settings with family and friends, a glass of wine, and lots of laughs.

Thank you to Dr. Mariano, the oncology nurses, and the doctors and nurses on the high acuity unit at RCH. Thanks also to the doctors and nurses at LMH. You all helped to make her difficult journey as comfortable as possible.

Please join us to celebrate the life of Judy on May 6 at 11 a.m. at Henderson’s Langley Funeral Home. The spring-time date is at her request to recognize the beauty of new growth and life.
