It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Lee Ursu on May 20th, 2017. Lee was born on August 12, 1928 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. He is survived by his wife Maria Ursu, and leaves behind his 3 beautiful daughters; Margarita, Georgie and Lee Maria. Lee was a country boy at heart, and enjoyed blue grass, and country music, and the occasional cigar.
He was a father, husband, brother, uncle and most importantly he was a great man. He lived and breathed for his family, and had a unique sense of humour. Everyone who knew him, knew how extraordinary he was.
We love you so much dad, we miss you so much, and know you’re always in our hearts. We look at the sky and know you’re up there, looking down at us, sending messages with rainbows and sunsets.
“Love is how often you stay alive, even after you are gone.”
