He was predeceased by his loving wife Sandra Powell (Cozens) of 56 years. Both Ron and Sandra loved to travel frequently together enjoying cruises in many places around the world and travelling many times to one of their favourite destinations Puerto Vallarta Mexico.
Ron retired from the BC Telephone Co as a manager of the Radio department in 1994 after 28 years of employment with them.
Ron enjoyed talking and making friends with everyone he met. His easy going and friendly personality endured himself to anyone that he met.
Ron is survived by his sister Gail and three sons and their wives Cary and Natalia, Glen and Susan and Cliff and Linsay. Grandchildren Adam, Christina, Sara, Erin, Duncan, Colin, Olya and Regina. He is also survived by his brother-in-law and sister-in-law Bill and Margy.
He will surely be missed by all those that have had the chance to know him.
