It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Susan Lynn McKie (nee Cameron). Born May 16, 1951, and after a courageous and graceful 20-year battle with cancer, entered into rest October 1, 2023.
Susan was loved by so many. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth and positivity and had a unique gift for maintaining a welcoming and positive attitude, always. Throughout her life, you never heard Susan complain. She was a fighter into her final days; displaying the tenacity and steadfastness that we have always admired.
Peter, Heather and Kimberley are extremely grateful for the support we have received from family and friends over the years. She left us, loving Riley, Brea, Lucas and Brynn, her 4 grandchildren, with her whole heart. We believe she was able to battle so hard and long because of them. She will be forever missed and always loved.

In lieu of flowers, we ask you to consider a donation to Irene Thomas Hospice, where all the staff and volunteers took extraordinary care of Susan during her last days with us.
