DOWNEY, William "Bill" Bill passed away peacefully on February 26, 2014. He is survived by his loving wife Joyce, daughters; Susan MacGregor (Fraser), Sandra and Christine (Robert Barnes), three granddaughters; Elizabeth, Catherine and Stephanie. A Celebration of Bill's life will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday March 22, 2014 at Henderson's Langley Funeral Home 20786 Fraser Highway Langley, BC. In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation to a charity of your choice.
