On July 18, 2017, after a short battle with Cancer (SVCS), Yvonne passed away peacefully with her husband and son by her side.
Yvonne is sadly missed by her loving husband Harvey, son Jason (Monica), grandchildren; Kyden and Ashlan, mother Jane and sister Sonja (Tom).
She will be dearly missed by her extended family and many friends. Yvonne made many friends all over the world through her passion for travel and career as a flight attendant with KLM and Air Canada.
Born in Rotterdam, Holland, She grew up in Australia before moving to Canada in 1967. Yvonne loved spending time, laughing with friends and family when she wasn’t playing bridge.
A Celebration of Yvonne's life will be held on August 5th,2017 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm at Newlands Golf and Country Club, 21025 48th Avenue Langley, B.C. V3A 3M3
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
