Albert A. Reynolds age 72 was united with his creator on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born September 3, 1941 in Ann Arbor, MI the son of Willard and Thelma Reynolds.
A graduate of Fowlerville H.S., Al served his country by joining the United States Air Force. He was a member of the American Legion Post 238 in Holt, Al loved fishing and spending time with his loved ones. His family enjoyed listening to him sing Karaoke as he had the voice of Randy Travis and Willie Nelson. Al was also an avid MSU fan.
Al was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Phil and Ed. He will be truly missed by the love of his life, Ninfa; children, Valerie (Mark) Sloan, Clay (Therese) Reynolds, Anna Gutierrez, Betty (Jim) Nicklesen-Lotoszinski, Mario Luna, Nancy Luna, Ray Rodriguez, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers, sisters, countless family, friends and his beloved dog, Rocky. Many thanks to his brother, Reverend Jerry Reynolds from Tennessee; best friends, Rick Merrigan and Christopher Nicklesen; and the Great Lakes Hospice for all their caring and support.
A memorial service to celebrate Albert's life will be held on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Jerry Reynolds officiating at Tiffany Funeral Home, Lansing, MI followed by an urn burial and military honors rendered by the VFW Post 701 and American Legion Post 238 at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home an hour and a half prior to the service on Wednesday.
