Annie lived a full life, working into her 80's as a seasonal assistant in a local tax accounting firm. In her later years Annie enjoyed gardening, watching basketball and her backyard birds.
She is survived by her son, Jeffrey Fuqua; two loving sisters, Vern (Dick) Binder and Faye (Bob) Ballard; a myriad of nieces and nephews, and her grand dog, Sully. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 58 years, Finis Fuqua; and brothers, Jack, Dorris, and Don.
No funeral is planned at this time. Those who wish to make a memorial contribution in Annie's name may do so to the Veterans of Foreign Wars for homeless and wounded veterans, a cause Annie supported throughout her life.
