Born January 28, 1924 in Lansing, the daughter of the late Arthur and Gladys (Webster) Bobier, passed away May 30, 2013 at the age of 89. Ardella retired from Wellman Press after many years of service. When her family was young she enjoyed camping, and loved to go fishing with her husband. She was an avid reader and loved to crochet. She was also active in the Christ United Methodist church and served the women’s and senior adult ministries. Preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband of 57 years, Truman Scott; daughters, Carol and Nancy Scott; and her son-in-law, Ricardo Rendon. Surviving to cherish her memory are her loving daughter, Cathy Rendon; granddaughter, Altheria Rendon; great-grandchildren, Alexis and Mikayla Rendon; brother, Robert; sister, Mary; and dear friends, John and Margaret Brady. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
