Funeral services will be held privately with burial at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Lansing, Michigan.
Barbara was born October 11, 1928 in Lansing, Michigan, worked as title clerk for the State of Michigan, enjoyed her cottage at Round Lake, Mecosta, Michigan for 50 years, and spent several years of retirement in Zephyrhills, Florida, before moving to Dubuque, Iowa. Survivors include her daughter, Cathy (Craig) Nessan of Dubuque, Iowa; her son-in-law, Stephen Van Dyke of Howard City, Michigan; ten grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Linda Van Dyke.
