Age 64, our loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother passed away September 18, 2016. Born May 18, 1952 in Lansing, MI. Barry was a businessman, realtor and broker for many years before retiring. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family.
Surviving are his wife of 45 years, Julie A. Day; 4 children, Wendy (Scott) Seida, Barry L. (Toni) Day, II, Justin (Marcella) Day, and Samantha (Josh) Binney; 8 grandchildren; siblings, Darwin (Sheila) Day, Arthur (Rebecca) Day, Jr., Karen (Mickey) Meahl, Sharen (Lyle) Root, Sue Dyer, and Cheryl Willard; and many other family members and friends. Barry was preceded in death by his parents Joyce E. and Arthur C. Day, Sr.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. with Services at 5:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 21, 2016 in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing with Pastor Paul J. Lindloff of Emanuel First Lutheran Church officiating. Contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association in memory of Barry.
