He is preceded in death by his parents; sister,Marge Ackley; brother, David James Diehl; niece, Kelly Ackley and step-sister, Ilo Regalado.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Diehl; children David (Felicia Lutz) Diehl, Tina Diehl; grandchildren Samantha Diehl, Savana Harte; Sister, Virginia (Carl) Schunke; and many nieces and nephews.
Bruce loved his grandchildren and granddogs dearly, and enjoyed spending time at Higgins Lake.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00pm to 4:00pm August 5, 2017 at the Bath Community Center, 5959 Park Lake Rd, Bath, MI 48808.
In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions may be made in Bruce’s name to the Capital Area Humane Society, 7095 W. Grand River Ave, Lansing, MI 48906.
