Cindy is survived by; her sister Gloria, brother; Steven, sister in law; Brenda, nieces; Michelle, Alicia (Jason), Amy (Charlie), Kristin (Tim); her nephew Thomas, and her great nieces; Alanna and Adelyn. She is preceded in death by her parents; Donald and Ruth Foster.
There will be no services.
In lieu of flowers, Cindy asked for donations to be made in her memory to the City Rescue Mission of Lansing.
