Connie proudly served her country in the United States Air Force. She would go on to receive her associates degree and became an LPN. Connie was an avid crocheter, sewer and enjoyed reading books.
She is survived by her children, Kimberly Sikkema (Brad), Kevin Bray, Kristina Adams (John); grandchildren, Harley Woodall (Austin), Kinzie Sikkema (Ian), Gage Bray, Kylie Mitchell (Caleb), Ravin Bray (Blayne), Ryan Stewart; one great grandson, Austin James; siblings, Jerry Samson (Shirley), Judy Doyle (Michael); several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elwin and Eleanor Samson.
A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, March 8, 2026 at 2 PM at the Gorsline-Runciman Funeral Home, 900 E Michigan Ave, Lansing, MI. Family will greet family and friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
