

Connie graduated from Resurrection in 1949 and achieved a registered nursing degree from Mercy School Nursing of Detroit St. Lawrence Unit in 1952. She worked as a nurse and then chose to stay home and raise her children. She eventually volunteered at two elementary schools in the Waverly School District. She volunteered for several years until she became ill and could no longer continue.
Connie is survived by her brother, Richard Culver; children, James (Mary Helen) Moynahan, Kevin (Barbara) Moynahan, Kathleen Moynahan, Shawn (Doug) Moynahan, Theresa (Michael) Goduto, Patricia (Michael) Glossop, Shannon (Gordon) Sullivan; grandchildren, Meghan Moynahan, Nathan (Heather) Moynahan, Sean Moynahan, Lauren Mullen, Whitney Goduto, Lyndsey Moynahan, Michael Goduto, Christopher Moynahan, Daniel Moynahan, Katherine ( Hunter) Elburn, Lieutenant Matthew Goduto, Dustin Moynahan, Andrew Sullivan, Aaron Sullivan, and Molly Sullivan; great-grandchildren; Tanner Frederick, Lyla Kolodziej, Sophia Arboleda; sister-in-laws, Darlene Phillips and Mary Pechinski; many nieces and nephews; special friends, Patty Slivensky, and Ginny Doyle and Special Hospice Nurse, Bill Swarthout.
Preceding her in death is her husband, John Patrick Moynahan; son, Brian Timothy Moynahan; grandson, Ryan Patrick Moynahan; and great-grandson, Bridger Moynahan.
Memorial Service for Connie will be held Wednesday, October 27 at 11:00 am at St. Michael Roman Catholic Church, 345 Edwards St, Grand Ledge, MI . Donations can be made in honor of Connie to St. Jude or Sparrow Hospice.
