

"Bud"

Age 94, our loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather passed away July 17, 2015. Born June 8, 1921 in Lansing, MI. Bud graduated from Central High School and served in the U.S. Navy during WW II. He served in many positions at Industrial Metal Products Corporation (IMPCO) including head of engineering, head of research and development, and chairman of the board. During his career he came to hold 5 patents. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, and most of all square dancing. He co-founded the Grande Paraders Square Dance Club in 1972.
Surviving are his 3 children Ron (Lynne) Judge, Dennis Judge, and Trudy (Terry) DeLong; son-in-law, Eric Anderson; 5 grandchildren, Bryan (Katherine) Judge, Heather (Todd) Maxon, Casey (Ken) Clark, Chrissy (Kyle) Blue, and Tom DeLong; 10 great-grandchildren, Andrew, Aidan, Riegan, & Blake Judge; Ryan & Brandon Maxon; Ty & Addy Clark; Colten & Owen Blue; sister, Doris Clewley; longtime friend, Rita Christensen; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Bud was preceded in death by his wife, Alma Irene Judge in 1970; daughter, Sheri Anderson; infant son, David Judge; parents, Flora & Edward Judge, Sr.; 3 brothers, Alvin "Doc", Don, and Norman Judge.
Visitation is from 2-4, 6-8 P.M. Monday with a 7:00 P.M. Vigil Service in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing. Funeral Liturgy is 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 21, at St. Therese Church, 102 W. Randolph, Lansing, with Fr. John Fain presiding. Viewing will be from 10 to 11 A.M. Tuesday at church. Rite of Committal St. Joseph Cemetery with Military Honors by V.F.W. Post #701. Contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice in memory of Bud.
