Age 75, our loving father and brother passed away September 12, 2015. Born August 24, 1940 in Ridgeley, TN. Elvin retired from General Motor with over 30 years of service. He loved fishing and hunting.
Surviving are his son, Richard (Laura) Turner, daughter, Paula Turner; sister, Maxine( Dwayne) Flippin; and many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde & Betty Turner, and brother, Melvin.
Visitation is from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Monday in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing. Services will be 1:30 P.M. Tuesday, Sept. 15, at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, 4444 W. Grand River, Lansing with Pastor Andy Shaver officiating. Contributions may be made to either the American Cancer or Diabetes Association.
