

Frank was born on October 20, 1947 to George and Erma (Palm) Morway in Flint, Michigan. After graduating from Holy Redeemer, Frank obtained a B.S. in Accounting from Michigan State University.
Frank achieved the certified public accounting accreditation and went on to enjoy a successful 40-year career with the Michigan Department of Transportation. He achieved many awards of excellence before retiring in 2010 as Chief Examiner.
Frank met the love of his life, Linda Davis, in 1966; they married on July 26, 1968 and welcomed two children, Susan and Jeff Morway.
Frank was a remarkable father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to many. Frank shared his passion for life with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, creating cherished memories that revolved around family outings to MSU basketball games and snowmobiling at the family cabin in St. Helen. He and Linda also enjoyed traveling and spending winters in Florida. Frank was an outdoor enthusiast who enjoyed tennis and working in his yard.
Frank served on the Lansing Township Planning Commission for several years. He was a man of strong faith, serving as a member of St. Gerard Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.
Frank is predeceased by his parents, George and Erma Morway, brothers Rory and Michael Morway, and niece Michelle Morway. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Linda (Davis) Morway; daughter Susan Morway; son Jeff Morway; granddaughter Andrea (Trey) Hauk; great-grandchildren Keegan, Aria and Houston; brother John (Roxanne) Morway and Dennis Morway; and several nieces and nephews.
