Gregory T. Schneider

Age 53, our father, brother, uncle, and friend passed away unexpectedly on May 11, 2014. Born May 18, 1960 in Lansing, MI. Gregory worked for the past 27 years at the Meijer Distribution Center as a forklift operator. He was an avid fan of the M.S.U. Spartans and the Detroit Tigers. He loved spending time with family. Greg was devoted to and very proud of his daughter, Ashley.

Surviving are his daughter, Ashley C. Schneider; siblings, Steven (Marla) Schneider, Ronald Schneider (Lynn Niles), Joan (Celestine) Schaub, and Michael Schneider (Denise Sheaffer); and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Greg was preceded in death by his parents, Harold & Marrietta; and 3 nephews, Tommy Schneider, Daniel Schaub, and Timothy Schneider.

Visitation is from 2-4, 6-8 P.M. Thursday with a 7:00 P.M. Vigil Service in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing. Funeral Liturgy is 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 16, at St. Casimir Catholic Church, 815 Sparrow Ave., Lansing, with Fr. Bill Lugger presiding. Viewing will be from 10 to 11 A.M. Friday at church.
