Jack worked at Gordon Foods as a salesman for 34 years. He was once the salesman of the year for Gordon’s. Jack was an all-around family man who loved his family dearly. He will be missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Charles Lewis and Eugene Thompson; brother-in-law, Larry Chapman. Surviving are his wife of 59 years, Dottie; two sons, Jack (Teresa) Thompson II and Jeff Thompson; two grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Lanita Chapman; several nieces and nephews; his dog, Precious.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time.
