Laurie Lu Crane

Laurie Lu Crane, 68, of Charlotte, Michigan, passed away peacefully on November 23rd, 2022. Laurie was born on January 18th 1954 to Laures and Lucia Crane in Lansing, Michigan. Laurie attended Waverly High School, graduating in 1972. Laurie had a love for interior design, fashion, and childhood development. Laurie was preceded in death by her Mother, Lucy Crane, her father, Laures Crane, and longtime partner, Karl Kesti. She is survived by her four children, Lisa Terrill, Rhonda (Tony) Webster, Angela Welch, and Nathaniel (Kate) Kirby, 17 Grandchildren, Courtney, Jessica, Justin, Lauren, Seth, Emma, Fritz, Joshua, Weston, Hailey, Gracie, Maddie, Kamryn, Haiden, Aubriella, Allie, and Kaleb. 8 great grandchildren as well as many cousins and friends. Laurie will be desperately missed by all of those she’s left behind. Our hearts are broken by this unexpected loss. She was a spicy and stubborn woman, but she loved hard and unconditionally. A memorial service will be held at later date, to be determined. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared below for the Crane family.
