Margaret C. Brady

Margaret Christine Brady. Born in Lansing Michigan on May 13, 1934 left this earth on December 5th, 2014 to be reunited with her husband of 58 years and the rest of her family that preceded her. Margaret was a graduate of Eastern High School. She worked at Michigan State University Athletic Ticket Office for many years. In addition she volunteered her time and talents to her local church, Soaring Unlimited and many other organizations. However her biggest and most successful role was that of wife, mother, secretary, chef, transportation specialist and household peacekeeper. Proceeded in death by her father Theodore Boettcher, mother Elizabeth Janzen (Boettcher) and her husband John H. Brady. She is survived by her brother Ted Boettcher (Jean) and sister Judy Flore. Margaret and John adopted three children. Robert (Kaori) Brady, Tom (Sherry) Brady and Janet (Todd) Bradley. Eight grandchildren, Jordan Bradley, Nathan Brady, Kaila Brady, Sara Bradley, Brittanie Brady, Tyler Brady, Preston Bradley and Ailiyah Brady. Two great-grandsons Christopher Houser and Alexander Graham. The family will receive visitors at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home (www.grlansing.com) 900 East Michigan Ave, Lansing, MI 48912 on Wednesday, December 10th from 5:00pm – 8:00pm. There will be a memorial service on Thursday, December 11th at 1:00pm at Christ United Methodist 1234 Jolly Road Lansing MI. Following the service a luncheon will be held at Christ United Methodist Church.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to:Soaring Unlimited, P.O.
