Age 91, Mary passed away Wednesday September 12, 2012 with her loved ones at her side. Mary worked as a crossing guard for Holy Cross Catholic Church for many years and always had gum and candy on her for the kids. She loved gardening and had a very impressive rooster collection at home. She is preceded in death by her parents, Carmen and Lucia Spadafore; brother, Louie (Marie) Spadafore; sister, Rose (Peter) Felice; and sister-in-law, Rose N. Spadafore. She is survived by her sisters, Virginia and Julia Spadafore; brother, Victor Spadafore; and many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:00 A.M. Monday, September 17, 2012, at St. Gerard Parish, 4437 W. Willow Hwy, Lansing, officiated by Fr. John Klein. Visitation will be from 5-7 P.M.
