Nancy Budd

Most beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at her home, surrounded by all of her family, at the age of 65. Nancy Lee was born September 25, 1941 in Lansing, Michigan and was the daughter of Gertrude Falsetta. She attended J.W. Sexton High School in Lansing. After raising her children, she worked at the Michigan Senate and Michigan House of Representatives for 10 years. She was a very loving, caring and supportive mother who lived for her children. Nancy loved spending time in Las Vegas with her wonderful son, Rick. She loved her grandchildren very much and spending time with them. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Denise Marie; her mother, Gertrude Falsetta; mother-in-law, Margaret Morrow and favorite aunt, Freda Solomon. We are sure Denise is very happy to be reunited with her mother. Surviving to cherish her beautiful memories are her husband of 46 years, Dick; children, Debbie (Brian) Peacock of Delta Township, Rick Budd of Las Vegas, Ron (Shellie) Budd of Charlotte and Dana (Val) Andreev of Cincinnati; her grandchildren who loved her very much, Ronnie, Cayla, Casey, Kaitlin, Karlee and Daniel. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Friday, January 26, 2007 with a rosary at 7:00 PM at Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 West Saginaw Hwy, Lansing 48917. The Funeral Liturgy will be 2:00 PM Saturday, January 27, 2007 at St. Gerard Catholic Church, 4437 W. Willow Hwy, Lansing, with Father John P. Klein, officiating.
