Norma Jean Harrington

Norma was originally from Indiana, she lived in Lansing for 42 of her 45 years in Michigan. She was a nurse’s aide for St. Lawrence Hospital. Norma enjoyed reading and crocheting.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Gladys Homes; her stepfather, Leon Holmes; husband, Arthur Harrington; Sons, Bruce Kinsey and Wesley Kinsey; daughter, Rhonda Kinsey; brother, Lewis Smith; Sister, Wanda B. Lester; Special friend, Kenneth Smith.

Surviving are daughter; Kimberly (Tom) Gonzalez of Lansing, son; Tracy Kinsey of Bluffton, Indiana; Stepsons Danny Harrington and Jimmy Harrington both of Lansing, brother; Larry (Rose) Smith of Decatur Indiana as well as 16 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

There will be a visitation Wednesday, December 7, 2016 from 12-2p.m. at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing, Michigan with a graveside service to follow at East Lawn Memorial Gardens in Okemos, Michigan.
