Norman E. Roberts

Norman E. Roberts, age 67, died February 9, 2013. He was born September 16, 1945 in Houston, TX to Raymond and Nellie (McDermarid) Roberts. Norm was a retired barber who was a very generous and giving man. He loved MSU athletics and played various sports as a young man. Norm truly enjoyed spending time with his family and will be dearly missed by all. He and his wife JoAnn had many joyous occasions playing cards with family. He was preceded in death by his parents; son Kevin; sisters Marilyn, Myrna; nephew Larry; and several special aunts & uncles. Surviving are his loving wife of 22 years, JoAnn Roberts; 2 daughters, Kim (Joe) Wright and Keila Larson; 4 grandchildren, Amber (Chris) Boettcher, Teana Wright, Parker and Taylor Behrens; one great-grandchild, Landon Michael; 3 sisters, Shirley (Don) Watson, Sharon (Rod) Flores, Janice (Jerry) Holmlund; 4 brothers, Dean (Tina) Hadley, Gary (Delores) Glover, Larry (Betty) Roberts, Don Roberts; and numerous nieces and nephews. Per Norman’s request there will be no services.
